The Marketing Manual contains information regarding: catalogue entry & product index , exhibitor badges names request form, visitor tickets form, etc.

It also offers additional marketing opportunities such asAdvertisement & Sponsorship Packages which are cost-effective methods of promotion and unlimited exposure tohelp you increase sales without any added effort.

This is a dedicated web site for World Food Ukraine exhibitors and it contains all information and advice for your travel arrangements to Ukraine including visa and hotel booking.

The Technical Division provides the highest level of service and support to all its clients offering a range of services including:

As well as pre-show assistance, a dedicated technical team is present on-site at all of ITE's exhibitions to assist with client enquiries.

Stands are available in the following formats:

• Inline Stand: One side open to the public with rear and side walls
• Corner Stand: Two sides open to the public (see diagram)
• Peninsular Stand: Three sides open, just a back wall (minimum stand sizes apply)
• Island Stand: Total island dedicated to one company with all four sides opening onto aisles. (minimum stand sizes apply)
• Double Decker: The ultimate exposure and method of maximising space. A two storey stand providing ideal opportunities for private meeting facilities. (minimum stand sizes apply)

EXCLUSIVE Freight & On-site Handling Forwarding Agent

BTG Expo is the exclusive on-site freight forwarding and handling contractor.
Exhibitors are advised that BTG Expo has sole rights to on-site handling, regardless of the exhibitor's transport agent.

Please Note: Ukraine has a strict custom regulations on certain food products both for the country and the exhibition center. It would be best to check the latest regulations with BTG Expo to see if your products needs any certificates for Ukraine.

All food products and beverages (including alcoholic drinks) are subject to certification and sanitary epidemiological export examination and control in order to be imported from abroad and to be released by customs to free circulation in Ukraine. World Food Ukraine has a number of advantages, and it's worth bearing all these in mind when you plan your participation to ensure you get the most out of your time in Kiev. These include:

• Sales: Display and demonstrate your products/services to buyers
• Distribution: Negotiate with potential distributors face to face
• Client relations: Arrange meetings with key clients
• Market knowledge: Discover more about the market, gauge demand and assess your competition

We would advise you to start preparing for the event as early as possible. Exhibitors who plan their participation in advance are more likely to achieve their goals.
